Customers Enrolled During Las Vegas conclave

Chantilly, Virginia, June 12, 2008--FLO Corporation (OTCBB: FLRP), a leading Registered Traveler (RT) services provider, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Advantage Performance Network (APN) an industry-leading and award winning meetings, incentives and corporate travel company located in Savage, MN and serving customers nationwide. This agreement enables FLO to develop a new and large-scale enrollment channel where the efficiency of enrolling corporate employees and their family members during incentive meetings will drive benefits for FLO members and shareholders alike.

“We are pleased to offer onsite convention enrollment this week here in Las Vegas to the high-performance partners of Advantage Performance Network,” said FLO Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales Fred Fischer. “APN will offer RT enrollment opportunities to clients who annually schedule hundreds of meetings, incentive trips, trade shows and events. This exposure will no doubt lead to additional penetration of these corporate accounts with respect to RT and their day-to-day business travelers. It is indeed a privilege to partner with APN owner, President and CEO Mary Sue Leathers who was honored in 2007 as the national Woman Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners!”

FLO memberships are designed to be interoperable with all RT authentication stations deployed by TSA-approved service providers at any of the approximately 18 U.S. airports currently participating in the RT program. FLO’s RT 2.0 benefits platform offers access to a robust menu of membership benefits and perks that add value, choice and convenience far beyond the airport security lane. Packages can be selected based on individual preference and include nationwide benefits such as personal concierge and discounted golf club rental services, worldwide airline lounge access, personal GPS and mortgage concierge services. Details about FLO benefits can be found on the firm’s newly launched web portal, http://www.flocard.com.

Advantage Performance Network President and CEO Mary Sue Leathers stated, “We are always looking for ways to add value to clients when they make a strategic investment in an important meeting or incentive event. It’s a real benefit to be able to offer a customized RT enrollment process while a group of colleagues are together at a corporate event; it can support the employee relations objectives of the gathering. FLO’s RT 2.0 program and appropriate approach to a travel industry market that values flexibility is a sure winner.”

Actual results may differ materially from historical results or those indicated by these forward-looking statements as a result of a variety of factors. We may not achieve the expected benefits of the transaction in the near term, or at all. Our failure to successfully, timely integrate the Unisys rtGO solution with our business could harm our business and future prospects.
